This is a skull is made of lots of nails.
Each nail is individually positioned and welded in place before the whole piece is welded to a metal base.
The teeth are made from parts I have at the time. The one in the photo used old cam followers from a diesel engine.
 
Every one is made to order and the lead time is 7-10days.
