This was a first for me, I have never made a knife until this one.
It started out as a large motorbike brake disc as shown in the last photos. 
I cut  the shape and drilled out the holes so all clean metal. The handle is kiln dried oak. 
The one in the photo is sold and these are hand made to order. You will receive a very similar but never identical pizza knife.
 
The edge is pointed but not sharp, just what is needed to cut pizza. 
 
If you would like the handle a different stain just let me know when ordering.
 
Hand made at our workshop in East Lothian, Scotland. Lead time around seven days for manufacture.
