An original Chalwyn Lynx paraffin lamp from the early '60s.
I was going to restore this to original and use it as an actual paraffin lamp but it is too corroded to carry paraffin anymore.
The last photos show how it was when it arrived into the workshop. I love giving vintage goods a new lease of life.
It is fitted with an LED warm glow bulb and mounted on a hardwood base.
